Volleyball Opportunities
Opportunities for our students to take part in tournaments and other competitions come up throughout the year; these opportunities are communicated via our 'Week Ahead' emails home and in the daily student notices.
Volleyball in 2026:
Sunday Volleyball Trainings - Cambridge High School, starting Sunday 15 February, 9.00am-11.00am
Marcel Kuijpers (Teacher in Charge of Volleyball) at Cambridge High School has contacted CMS with an opportunity for a number of students to build on their volleyball skills, or even learn how to play from scratch... no experience necessary.
The intention is to get a group together to train on Sundays during term time throughout the year, to develop new skills and to potentially take part in the Kiwi Volleyball competition that is run each term in Hamilton.

WHO: Both Boys & Girls, Years 7 & 8
WHEN: Sundays, starting 15 February from 9.00am to 11.00am
WHERE: Cambridge High School Gymnasium
COST: No cost for the training sessions
EXPERIENCE: No previous experience required
GEAR FOR TRAININGS: Comfortable, practical sports clothing, water bottle and non-marking court shoes
Please note that Cambridge Middle School will not have a staff member present at these trainings. Parents & Caregivers are responsible for transport to and from Cambridge High School each Sunday.
