Water Polo at Cambridge Middle School
The Intermediate School competitions run throughout Term 1 and Term 4 and are organised by Waikato Water Polo. In Term 1 the competition is more social, then Term 4 is the competitive season with certificates, medals and a trophy being awarded after the final games.

2021 Term 1 Information:
WHO: All Year 7 and Year 8 students
TEAMS: Mixed and graded into Div 1 or Div 2
WHEN: Term 1 from Sunday 21 February 2021 through to Sunday 11 April (no play during statutory and school holidays)
WHERE: Games are played at Waterworld Te Rapa and sometimes at St Peters Private School pool (when unavailable due to swim meets at Te Rapa) between 2pm and 7pm.
COST: $65 per player. You will receive an invoice for this from Cambridge Middle School via email. Payment is due before the first game on Sunday 21 February.
TEAM: 7-a side games (max of 12 in a team apart from when a team has a second goalie, and then 13 players may play)
GRADE: Intermediate Schools Division 1 & 2
GEAR: Full one piece togs for girls, tight togs for boys, CMS water polo caps will be provided as well as balls.
TRAINING: Thursdays after school in the Cambridge High School Pool
